Very good location: 15 min walk to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, KK waterfront, Night food market, Todak Waterfront and right in the middle of Gaya Street Sunday market. A lot of small cafes and diners, several shops and moneychanger are nearby. We booked Superior twin room (with window). It was facing Gaya Street but there was no noise even during Sunday market which is closed at 11 PM. Room was spacious and comfortable, good beds, everything according to Booking.com description. Everyday supply of teabags and bottled water (but sometime You need to remind reception 😊). Strong Wi-Fi signal. When I come to KK for the second time I'll definitely stay in this hotel. If You are arriving late in the evening, keep in mind, that part of Gaya street is closed for Street market (see attached photo).

Internet: Wi-Fi was excellent, providing a reliable connection throughout my stay. This was crucial for me as I had an important online meeting during my stay. Workstation: The room offered a decent workspace with enough room to comfortably use my laptop. While the table itself wasn't the sturdiest, it was adequate for my short stay. Comfy: The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, I did notice a few stains on the bedding. Hospitality: The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. Accessibility and location: The hotel's central location was perfect. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and has the added convenience of several pharmacies located right downstairs. The lift access from the reception was also a plus.

Superb location. Situated exactly where the Sunday market is. There are plenty of eateries, convenience stores, and fast food restaurants. Pharmacy is also right next to it, as well as drug stores (guardian/Watson)several blocks nearby. Situated within centralised location of many different banks. Very small but clean room with enough basic supplies of amenities. Lift available. Friendly staff. Prepare cash as the card machine may be offline. Hair dryer given.

One of my fav hotel I stayed at during my star in Borneo ! I stayed there twice. Clean room, big bathroom with hot water, AC, well furnished room, complimentary tea/coffee/water, plug next to the bed with USB plug, mirror, Very friendly staff and reception open 24/7 Ideally located in the center of KK, close to everything within a walking distance, 10 minutes walking from the bus station to Kinabulu park

Caroline

Clean, fair pricing, location is right on Gaya Street smack in the middle of the Api Api Night market happening on Friday and Saturday nights and the Sunday morning market, many eateries and convenience store along the street, street is also relatively clean
